Bending Power & Versatility

  • Handles .5” to 3” OD tubing (up to .120” wall) and up to 1.5” OD solid
  • Bends up to 2” OD x .250” wall (mild steel)
  • Die sets (Model 50 Series) sold separately; CLR sized in 0.5" increments
  • Supports up to a 12.0” center line radius

Engineered for Speed & Repeatability

  • Engraved twin rails & indexing wheel: set your die position once, use it for life
  • Fast cycles: 90° bend in ~18 seconds, 180° in two shots
  • 3" hydraulic cylinder: bends 3" OD x .120 wall in 16–18 seconds
  • Quick-release toggle lever for easy tubing removal (see photo)
