Every component is precision CNC machined for accuracy and consistency. The heavy-duty 1-1/4" thick steel frame provides rock-solid stability for clean, repeatable notches every time.
The most critical part of a hole saw style tube notcher. The Notch Master features a 1" stress proof alloy steel shaft riding in a rigid bearing block with twin needle bearings and separate grease seals for maximum rigidity and reliability.
Easily set your notch angle with the built-in angle indicator. Whether you need a straight notch or an angled joint up to 50°, the Notch Master handles it with precision.
The adjustable tube clamp securely holds your material in place. With 2-axis adjustment, you can offset the notch up to half the tube diameter for versatile joint configurations.
The Notch Master is designed for simplicity and convenience:
• Easy mounting: Bolt or clamp it to a table, or simply clamp it in a vise
• Uses inexpensive bi-metal hole saws — no proprietary tooling required
• Requires an ordinary 1/2" hand drill — no special equipment needed
